Shipping policy

We currently ship to Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Europe. All shipping prices are in Australian dollars.

• We offer FREE shipping Australia wide 
• Please allow 3 - 7 days for standard shipping. Orders are being packed in the next business day or two, except on the weekend.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post and you can track your order using the tracking number we email you here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that due to Covid-19 we are likely to experience delays on overseas deliveries. About The Glow is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to Covid-19.

• We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $7 up to $74 for New Zealand and free shipping over $75. Please allow up to 10 business days . 
• We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $13 for up to 24.95 & $15 for 25.95 and up for United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and Europe. Please allow 10-17 business days.
• We offer standard shipping rate of $10 for United States and Malaysia. Please allow 10-14 business days.
• International customers maybe required to pay sales tax, duty and/ or Customs charges. All Taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping charge. Taxes and Custom charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. About The Glow is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during shipment of your order.
